Dieses Produkt ist ein Makrolid-Antibiotikum, das das Thiocyanat von Erythromycin ist. Dieses Produkt ist ein Tierarzneimittel, für Gram-positive Bakterien und Mykoplasma-Infektion verwendet; mehr als der Ausgangsrohstoff für die Synthese von Erythromycin, Roxithromycin, Azithromycin, Clarithromycin und andere Makrolid-Antibiotika.

CAS: 7704-67-8 Erythromycin Thiocyanate PowderErythromycin Thiocyanat ist ein Makrolid-Antibiotikum, das von der Aktinomycete Streptomyces erythreus produziert wird und eine Vielzahl antibakterieller Aktivitäten hat. Erythromycin Thiocyanat arbeitet, indem es an die 50s ribosomale Untereinheit von Bakterien bindet und die RNA-abhängige Proteinsynthese hemmt, indem es Transpeptidation und/oder Translokationsreaktionen blockiert, ohne die Nukleinsäuresynthese zu beeinflussen.
Das antibakterielle Spektrum ist ähnlich wie Benzylpenicillin. Es hat eine starke Wirkung auf Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus und Pneumokokken bei grampositiven Bakterien, und es hat auch eine gewisse Wirkung auf Pasteurella und Brucella bei grampositiven Bakterien. Darüber hinaus ist das Produkt auch wirksam gegen Mykoplasmen, Rickettsia, Leptospira, Actinomycetes, und NOCARDIS, Hat aber keine Wirkung auf Enterobacter coli, Salmonellen und andere intestinale-negative Bazillen.
