Wash the chickpeas in water and soak for 5 hours or overnight.

Take a pressure cooker and add water, salt and 1 pinch baking soda, add in soaked chickpeas.

Cover the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles and run through cold water after placing over a sieve.

Spread the chickpeas on a paper towel or tissues and let them dry at normal temperature.

Take a bowl and mix the chickpeas with the spices and oil, mix it well.

Add the chickpeas to an airfryer tray and let it bake at 200 degree celsius for about 20-25 minutes.
