Bavelloni and Techni Waterjet welcome visitors to stand 16B60 to experience first-hand complementary glass processing solutions, watch live demos and meet their specialists for advice and consultation.

Flat glass processing manufacturer Bavelloni will showcase its VDM 1636 CN, a vertical drilling/milling centre, as well as its straight-line mitering machine model Bavelloni VE 500 V10.

VDM 1636 CN features a single working station fitted with one double drilling head and rotating tool storage (8+8 position) capable of multiple tasks: drilling, countersinking, milling and notch griding.

The straight-line edger is specifically designed for heavy glass sheets (up to 350 kg/m) and can grind flat edge with arrises and chamfers with variable angles (0° - 45°).

In addition, Bavelloni’s equipment is Industry 4.0 ready. Therefore, it can be easily connected to and exchange data with a customer’s ERP system.

Also on display will be Techni Waterjet i510 – G2, belonging to the Intec-G2 Series, a range of precise, easy-to-operate, safe and highly reliable waterjet cutting machines capable of cutting almost any material to 200 mm (8”) thick.

This machinery features an innovative pumping technology, QuantumTM Electric Servo Pump (ESP), which is the only waterjet pump using just the power required for any given pressure and flow rate.

The benefits of this new technology over traditional water jet pumps include up to 75% less cooling water requirement, longest life of fittings and tubing, easy maintenance, silent operation and a significantly reduced footprint.
